How do I get started?

Once you acquire your assigned 10-digit toll-free number the next step is to setup keywords for your account along with a text response (autoresponder) that is associated with each keyword.  These text responses are the automatic messages that get sent to your prospects as soon as they text your custom keyword to your assigned 10-digit toll-free number.

What is a Keyword?

A keyword is a unique term that individuals can use to communicate with you via your 10-digit toll-free number.  For example, if you are a restaurant and would like to advertise your daily specials you could have individuals text “JoesBistro” to your toll-free number.

Can I use your service to send unsolicited SMS messages?

No. Our service is to help small businesses and educators communicate with their clients, students, or people who have opted-in to receive coupons or promotions. We do not offer bulk SMS blasting and we do block any type of spam from being sent using our system.

What is an Auto-Responder?

An auto-responder is an automated text message that gets sent to individuals after they’ve texted a specific keyword to your number.  The advantage of the auto-responder is that it delivers on-demand information to individuals seeking an immediate response.
